The Grade 7 | Three-A-Day Complete PDF Australian Homeschool Curriculum
The Grade 7 Three-A-Day Complete Curriculum is a comprehensive and engaging homeschool program designed to give families a clear, manageable pathway through the Grade 7 year.
Aligned with the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0, the program brings together the major Grade 7 learning areas (not including languages) in one complete curriculum, with lessons, projects, worksheets, practical activities and assessment opportunities designed specifically with home learning in mind.
The Three-A-Day approach is designed around completing approximately three focused hours of learning each day, helping students make steady progress without filling the entire day with schoolwork. Families can move through the curriculum at a comfortable pace while still leaving plenty of time for reading, hobbies, excursions, family life and independent interests.
Instead of relying heavily on long textbook-style lessons, students learn through a mix of clear explanations, real-world applications, hands-on activities, written work, creative projects and practical investigations. The aim is to make learning feel useful, interesting and connected to everyday life while continuing to build strong academic skills.
Across the curriculum, students work through English/History Combined Curriculum (87 pages), Mathematics (261 pages), Science & STEM (196 pages), Business & Economics (60 pages), Geography, Civics & Citizenship (75 pages), Health and Physical Education (88 pages), and Visual Arts (108 pages). Throughout these subjects, students have opportunities to build skills in research, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, practical learning and independent work.
The curriculum has also been designed to make things easier for parents. Instructions are clear, preparation is kept realistic, and each subject is organised so families can quickly see what needs to be completed and how the learning is progressing.
With a balance of structured academic work and meaningful real-life learning, the Grade 7 Three-A-Day Complete Curriculum offers a flexible and supportive way to move through the Grade 7 year while helping students become more confident, capable and independent learners.
Keep a notebook handy!
Some activities ask students to draw, complete working out, record research or give longer written responses. If there isn’t enough room on the worksheet, simply continue in a notebook or exercise book.
Structured without being rigid. Comprehensive without being overwhelming. Meaningful learning designed for real homeschool families.
